Refund policy

We want you to love your coffee. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.

Damaged or incorrect orders: If your Mystery Box arrives damaged or you received the wrong items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mieke@live.co.za with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Change of mind: As our products are perishable food items, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully!

Gift cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.

Refund processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
